Ryan Dowd teaches at HomelessTraining.com. He is the Chief Empathy Officer at Empathy Studios. His core training on homeless de-escalation was useful to me on multiple levels. Not only did it raise my emotional intelligence and awareness, it gave me tools that are applicable in my personal life as well as the professional sphere. I feel that my interpersonal skills are greatly enhanced after completing his core training as a staff member at East Baton Rouge Parish Library.
