In my structural residential class, we learned about the structural aspect of residential homes. This project example was the floor framing plan that I did in that class, in the process we learned how to size floor joist and beams. At first, I struggled a little on how to size them but as I kept practicing, I got the hang of it and figured it out. I really enjoyed learning the structural part of designing homes it gave me a better understanding on how much goes into building and designing a house.
