Attached is a slideshow I and a few classmates worked on last semester. The idea of the project was to analyze whether or not Starbucks should continue increasing dividends to shareholders and repurchasing shares. To answer these questions, we had to create a discounted cash flow model to get the enterprise value and the price per share. We then conducted a sensitivity analysis. After analyzing the results, we could give Starbucks our personal advice on the questions stated earlier.
